The third focus of our activities is consultancy on new contract models in construction to realize complex projects more successfully. Here approaches arise from the desire of many construction companies and public clients to argue less and build more again. Often the existing construction contracts are cited here as an obstacle.

Deckert Consult GmbH has a lot of up-to-date expert know-how on new contract models (so called Partnering-, Alliance- or IPA-Contracts), which ensure a fairer cooperation in construction. Deckert Consult GmbH has been actively involved as a sponsor of the IPA Center since 2020 to help project participants in the construction industry to apply and successfully implement Integrated Project Delivery (IPA) for complex construction projects. Expertise from this engagement can be implemented in your projects, right from the start. In the medium and long term, new construction contracts can be concluded that do not end up in court, but are implemented efficiently and transparently with joint responsibility of all parties involved.
