Creative leader
Openness and development.
Two essential developments help me steadily to always adapt to new situations and new projects:
Firstly, I travel a lot internationally in my work. I worked in Austria for more than 15 years, and have supervised construction sites and projects in South America, Great Britain, Italy, Switzerland, Eastern Europe and other countries such as Bhutan in the Himalayas. Projects from the prequalification phase to construction management and handover to the client. In every country, every organization, every cooperation: there are different approaches - this is always new, but rarely fundamentally wrong. For me, the world is therefore colourful and not black and white.
On the other hand, I have learned and acquired many skills during and especially after my studies in engineering geology. This constant development to a technical and economical all-rounder has led me into the management of two construction companies and into the management board of a medium-sized construction company with an annual turnover of over 100 million euro. This optimization and improvement is the basic flow of all my work: I never stop reaching to the causes of problems, reflecting and thinking further and further.
I can offer my customers a lot of good things from this. I can respond very well to people and listen very well. But I am also a good communicator. I always think positively and thus promote confidence. I can read and analyse organisations. I have a nose for where things get stuck. I am a persistent optimizer. I am a long-runner and know that improvements only occur in many, small and steady steps. I can be in the foreground because I have a broad back. But I can also move into the background when necessary.
That is why I am convinced that I will advise my clients professionally and efficiently, according to the task at hand.
